Your dolls are specially made for customers according to their requirements. We are unable to make secondary sales. All dolls have passed many standard tests before leaving our factory, so we do not provide return service for any reason.
We will not replace the doll if it is defective or damaged after the first time we receive the doll, but we will provide maintenance videos and tools based on the damage. (may require a small fee from the customer)
If the doll is damaged due to human factors, we will not refund it.
However, if you have a quality problem due to external factors (non-human factors) after receiving the sex doll, please take a photo of the damaged part and send it to us at the first time. After contacting us, we will serve you. When our return process is agreed. Once the confirmation is complete, you can implement the return.
3.Refund policy: Consumers can apply for a return within 14 days after signing. We will refund you within 15 days of receiving your return.
