If they fall off due to weight or split their ankles, you will end up with a patched sex doll companion. The Hello Kitty bandage will not cover up the injury. I'm afraid the above solutions using wires and straps will not work long-term. Once the original neck "breaks", the weight of the head will cause the entire neck / head assembly to flip forward. The leverage of the neck is considerable. Improved the original repair method (using plastic tube and jubilee clip), I made some modifications to the 1am 140 doll I repaired. I used three 2mm steel plates, each about 15 wide x 75 mm long, and held in place with tight clips on the top and bottom. They form a splint-like structure around the original "bone" of the neck. I then wrapped it all in clear "gorilla" tape to prevent damage or soiling of the TPE. Now that the neck is firmly fixed in place, thankfully, my YL 148 shows no signs of this problem, and the assembly on the neck of the sex doll seems to be much stronger than the older model.
