Now for the possible situation implied by Harem ... you may find that it is actually possible to reschedule your arrangements, or you are absolutely impossible to do so (old JM, new Sanhui and all DS should be fine, and Other Chinese dolls) including all TPEs are usually not possible, non-Chinese Japanese sex dolls usually can). I really don't understand why loosening the joint is a problem. You would think that the engineer who manufactures / designs the doll would consider other engineering areas to find a loose fastener solution and invest in a torque wrench or two! Even nyloc nuts or thread locking adhesives work fine. Cheap and easy to use: anaerobic adhesive and torque wrench. You know this is my Japanese sex doll information!
